We are looking for an experienced and motivated Consulting Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who possesses a knack for sales, a passion for helping people, and a deep understanding of the leasing industry. This role requires excellent time management skills, the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting on leasing strategies, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring all leasing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Consult with clients to understand their leasing needs and provide expert advice.
2. Process leasing applications, conduct employment verification, and manage other related forms.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data entry records.
4. Use Microsoft Office to create reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
5. Utilize excellent typing skills to ensure quick and efficient data entry.
6. Ask clear questions and practice active listening to fully understand client needs.
7. Review different sites for accuracy of information and share relevant information with clients and team members.
8. Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette when communicating with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
9. Use strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
10. Solve problems quickly and efficiently, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
11. Maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
12. Provide expert advice on leasing strategies and trends to help clients make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a leasing consultant or in a similar role.
2. Proven experience in processing leasing applications and conducting employment verification.
3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Strong data entry and typing skills.
6. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to ask clear questions and listen actively.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
8. Experience reviewing different sites for accuracy of information.
9. Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
10. A positive attitude and the ability to maintain positivity in challenging situations.
11. A proven track record of successful leasing consulting.
