PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the leasing consultant will need to be physically fit enough to
walk a minimum of one (1) mile per day, lift up to 25 lbs. and have the ability to walk up and down
flights of stairs. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Must demonstrate good communication skills, including but not limited to effective reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills, with fluent understanding of English. 

PAY RANGE                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    $20 - $23.50 / hr plus commissions
