OVERVIEW
A high-energy, fast-paced real estate team is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to support a luxury, fully furnished student housing community in Los Angeles.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment, enjoys working with students and young professionals, and is passionate about delivering a high-quality leasing experience. You’ll play a key role in driving occupancy, managing leasing activity, and creating a strong sense of community.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct property tours and convert prospects into residents
- Manage leasing activities including applications, approvals, and move-ins
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to drive leasing velocity
- Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist with marketing efforts and online leasing activity
- Maintain accurate leasing data and reports
- Support day-to-day operations and resident communication

WHAT IT TAKES
- 1–3+ years of leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Experience in student housing or luxury leasing preferred
