Leasing Consultant Multifamily Lanham, MD

Join our team at a busy 597-unit apartment community in Lanham, MD. We're looking for an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant who is customer-focused, goal-oriented, and enjoys building relationships with prospects and residents. If you thrive in a high-traffic leasing office and are motivated by commissions and bonuses, this is the opportunity for you!

Schedule & Pay:

• $18-$21/hour + Commissions + Bonus Potential
• Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 10:00 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Welcome prospective residents, conduct community tours, follow up on leads, and close leases while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Meet and exceed leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals in a fast-paced, high-volume apartment community.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting current and prospective residents in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts by promoting the community, distributing marketing materials, and helping generate qualified traffic.
• Prepare leases, process applications, maintain accurate resident files, and complete administrative tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Utilize RealPage OneSite and Microsoft Office to manage leasing activities, resident information, and daily operations efficiently.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales environment preferred
• Customer relationship development experience a plus
• Knowledge of One-Site Property Management software a plus, but not required
