Leasing Consultant

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to support a senior apartment community in Wildomar, California. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with potential for permanent hire based on performance. The ideal candidate enjoys working with residents, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily leasing and administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide community tours
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• Assist with leasing applications, move-ins, and lease documentation
• Maintain accurate resident files and databases
• Support property management with administrative tasks and reporting
• Handle resident requests and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with marketing and occupancy efforts

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; property management software a plus)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Experience in senior housing or affordable housing is a plus

Required Work Hours

Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no weekends!)

Salary Range: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
