This role is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience in sales and customer service while balancing a class schedule.

Schedule and Pay

• 12 to 20 hours per week

What You Will Be Doing

• Answering phones and welcoming prospective residents
• Giving tours and showing model apartments
• Answering questions about apartments, amenities, and the community
• Assisting students with rental applications and paperwork
• Helping with light office and clerical tasks
• Representing The Rockland in a friendly and professional manner

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong people skills
• Comfortable talking with others and promoting the community
• Sales, leasing, or customer service experience is a plus
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Valid driver's license required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
