Leasing Consultant

Location:  Phoenix, AZ (Biltmore Area)

Status: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

Salary: $20 per hour+ Leasing Bonus

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ! If you're passionate about helping people, have a knack for sales, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities, but Not Limited To:

• Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments
• Respond to leasing inquiries and convert leads into leases
• Process applications and prepare accurate lease documents
• Assist with marketing efforts and maintain online listings
• Conduct property inspections and report maintenance needs
• Provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents
• Manage rent collections, notices to vacate, and lease renewals
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain resident records

 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience (leasing preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and computer skills (RealPage experience a plus)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Positive attitude and professional appearance

Languages: English oral and written, is required for this position
