BG Staffing is seeking a professional, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a well-established apartment community in Pittsburgh, PA 15220. With 148 apartment homes in the community, this role requires someone who can confidently balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.

Position Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service will play a key role in the success of the community. The ideal candidate is organized, patient, adaptable, and enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15220
• Dress Code: Business Casual

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and welcoming manner
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
• Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries promptly and professionally
• Process applications, leases, renewals, and related documentation
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect records
• Assist with resident retention initiatives and customer service requests
• Support daily leasing office operations and administrative tasks
• Work effectively in a busy environment while managing multiple priorities
• Represent the community with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, leasing, property management, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Patience and professionalism when interacting with a diverse resident population
• Reliable transportation required
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software
• Pennsylvania Real Estate License is a plus, but not required
