Apartment Leasing Consultants Needed!

We are currently hiring Leasing Consultants for apartment communities. Have great customer service, people skills and a solid work ethic? Join our expanding team! Previous leasing experience is required, fair-housing experience is a plus.

Leasing Consultant Job Responsibilities-

·       Respond to internet leads

·       Conduct property tours

·       Maintain clerical duties such as filing and record-keeping

·       Identify residents needs and strive to solve them

·       Accepting and processing applications

·       Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs

·       Receive and process necessary paperwork such as: rental payments, rent charges, eviction notices

Requirements-

·       Minimum of 6 months experience in property management or other related industry

·       Work a flexible work week including weekends

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Computer savvy
