Position Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Location: Warrington, PA 18976
• Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in driving occupancy and resident satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting prospective residents and conducting engaging property tours
• Showcasing community features, amenities, and available units
• Responding to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Processing rental applications and verifying applicant qualifications
• Assisting with lease preparation and move-in coordination
• Maintaining accurate leasing records and reports
• Supporting resident retention efforts and delivering outstanding customer service
• Collaborating with property management to ensure a seamless leasing experience

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred
