In this role, you will collaborate closely with property leadership to achieve leasing and retention goals, guide prospective residents through the leasing process, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to move-in.Duties & Responsibilities:Partners with the Property Manager to support leasing performance and resident retention goalsEngage with prospective residents by responding to leads and inquiriesConducts apartment and community tours for prospective residents, highlighting features and benefits of living at the propertyEngages with prospective residents to communicate value, address questions, and successfully close leases Reviews leasing files for accuracy while screening applications and qualifying prospective residentsNegotiates lease rates and terms within established budget parametersRecommends pricing adjustments based on costs, market competition, and supply and demand trendsBuilds and maintains strong working relationships with guests, vendors, and other property management partnersEnsures compliance with all federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws and regulationPrepare for and participate in regular leasing and marketing meetingsMinimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in multifamily leasing (with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets).Competitive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a strong work ethic.Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success closing sales.Proficient in Microsoft Office Yardi experience requiredHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company standards.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Saturday availability required.Valid driver's license required with a clean driving recordBenefits:Fully paid health/dental for employeeCell phone stipend401k program with company matchPaid time offMove-in commission & renewal bonus potentialFree state-of-the-art fitness center accessRegarding Greco Properties, LLC: Greco is a small boutique development and property management firm, with a target market of discerning residents, professional tenants, and value-aligned capital partners.
