BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly professional Leasing Consultant to support a busy apartment community. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated leasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Please note: This is a selective placement, and qualified candidates must meet all experience requirements before being considered.

Schedule

• Friday: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Monday: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Position Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional office environment, answering incoming calls, assisting residents, and supporting leasing operations while representing the property with a high level of professionalism.

This position requires an individual who can stay focused, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently without direct supervision.

Required Qualifications

MUST HAVE:

• Previous apartment leasing experience
• Hands-on experience using Entrata
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remain productive with minimal supervision
• Professional phone etiquette
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing office operations
• Respond to resident and prospect inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within Entrata
• Support leasing and occupancy goals
• Represent the property in a professional and positive manner at all times
• Complete assigned administrative tasks and projects as needed

Important Compliance Requirement

All candidates selected for consideration must:

Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Receive approval from BG Staffing after the NDA has been signed

Wait for final approval before being submitted to the Field Employee assignment

Do not submit or schedule candidates until NDA completion and approval have been confirmed.
