Leasing & Hospitality Specialist
San Jose, CA 95117 | $24-27/hour | Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities
Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
Respond to leasing inquiries and perform follow-up outreach
Manage lead tracking and achieve leasing goals
Support resident events and hospitality initiatives
Assist with lease paperwork and administrative processes
Deliver an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents
Qualifications
Strong customer service and sales aptitude
Comfortable conducting tours and building rapport with prospects
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Property management experience preferred but not required
Open to strong administrative professionals looking to enter the industry
