We're hiring two Leasing Managers to lead leasing operations across luxury apartment communities. This role focuses on leasing performance, marketing execution, and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Manage leasing activity from tour through move-in
Track and drive traffic, conversion, and occupancy metrics
Execute marketing and outreach initiatives
Partner with maintenance to uphold community standards
Handle resident concerns and escalations
Qualifications
3-5 years of leasing experience; 1-2 years in a luxury community
Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar systems
Proven track record driving leasing performance and occupancy
Compensation & Benefits
$60,000-$65,000 base + performance bonuses
