OVERVIEW
A high-energy, luxury, fully furnished student housing community is seeking a driven Leasing Manager to lead leasing performance at a 149-unit market-rate community in LA. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for driving occupancy, managing leasing operations, and delivering an exceptional resident and prospect experience.

This position is ideal for a leasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, student-focused environment and is motivated by performance-based incentives and hands-on leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Lead and manage all leasing activities for a 149-unit luxury student housing community
  • Drive occupancy through effective leasing strategy, follow-up, and closing techniques
  • Manage prospect pipeline, tours, applications, and lease conversions
  • Train, coach, and support leasing team members to improve performance
  • Oversee leasing reports, traffic tracking, and performance metrics
  • Ensure a high-quality prospect and resident experience from first tour through move-in
  • Collaborate with marketing efforts to maintain strong leasing velocity
  • Support renewal strategy and resident retention initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
  • Assist with resident relations and day-to-day operational support as needed

 WHAT IT TAKES
  • 2–3+ years of residential leasing or property management experience
  • Proven ability to close leases and drive occupancy
  • Strong leadership or team mentorship experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume leasing environment
  • Familiarity with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, or similar platforms preferred
