About the Role
Oversee leasing operations across our multifamily and residential portfolio. Drive occupancy, manage leasing teams, and ensure exceptional tenant satisfaction while maximizing property performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals
- Lead property tours and convert prospects into qualified tenants
- Screen applicants through background checks, credit verification, and rental history
- Coordinate with property management teams to address tenant needs
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies
- Maintain accurate records in Buildium and other management systems
- Ensure Fair Housing compliance across all leasing activities
- Report occupancy rates and leasing performance to leadership
