Leasing & Community Experience Manager


Growing multifamily property management company is seeking a Leasing & Community Experience Manager to lead leasing operations, drive occupancy, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead all leasing activities from prospect inquiry through move-in.
  • Drive occupancy, leasing, and renewal goals.
  • Conduct property tours and convert prospects into residents.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve resident concerns.
  • Plan resident events and engagement initiatives to increase retention.
  • Execute local marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Manage online reputation and apartment listings.
  • Partner with maintenance to ensure apartment readiness.
  • Maintain accurate leasing documentation and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
  • Monitor market trends and provide leasing performance reporting.


Qualifications:

?

  • 3+ years of multifamily leasing or property management experience.
  • Proven success achieving leasing and occupancy goals.
  • Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with Yardi, RealPage, MRI, Entrata, or similar property management software.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred:

  • CAM designation.
  • Experience with Class A multifamily communities.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
