Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has a great career opportunity on our Thalhimer Multifamily team. We are seeking a Leasing Manager in Richmond, VA at The Hues. 

Responsibilities include:

-Large-scale event planning, including vendor coordination and service scheduling

-Significant outreach marketing efforts, including relationship-building with local businesses and community engagement

-Demonstrates community and apartment/community knowledge and communicates the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.

-Greets prospective residents, show vacant/model apartments and takes applications. Assists in the timely processing of applications.

-Assists the Community Manager with a number of on-going administrative functions of the community including processing rent payments.

-Provides excellent customer service to current and future residents.

-File compliance management, ensuring timely electronic maintenance of leases, resident files, and prospect files

Other Criteria:

-Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook and have experience with property management software.

-Be able to make a difference!

-Experience in creating and executing marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase occupancy

-Experience with Canva or other design software preferred for creating marketing materials and social media content

-Experience with RealPage / OneSite (updating from MRI) preferred but not required

-MRI experience preferred but not required.
