We focus on maximizing occupancy, improving operational efficiency, accelerating property turnover, and delivering exceptional resident experiences across multifamily, affordable housing, build-to-rent, and community-focused properties.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to support property marketing and leasing activities across AAM Living's portfolio. This part-time, temporary role will focus on promoting available units, generating leasing leads, supporting property outreach, and assisting onsite teams with marketing initiatives that drive occupancy.The ideal candidate is outgoing, creative, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with prospective residents and supporting leasing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport property marketing activities focused on occupancy and leasing lead generation.Promote available units, amenities, specials, events, and community features.Create and distribute flyers, social media content, property promotions, and leasing materials.Assist with social media posting and engagement to generate prospective resident interest.Support lead generation through local outreach, networking, events, and community partnerships.Respond to or help follow up with prospective residents and direct qualified leads to the leasing team.Assist leasing teams with property information, photos, availability updates, and promotional materials.Help maintain accurate property listings and marketing information across relevant platforms.Track leasing leads, outreach activities, marketing efforts, and follow-ups.Monitor competitor properties, local promotions, pricing, and marketing opportunities.Support property events and resident outreach activities.Assist the Marketing Manager and property teams with additional leasing and marketing projects as needed.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.6 months–1 year of experience in marketing, leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.Comfortable interacting with prospective residents and supporting leasing activities.Creative mindset with an interest in property marketing and lead generation.Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.Previous experience in real estate, property management, multifamily, or hospitality is preferred.BenefitsHealth insurance.Paid time off.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A collaborative, innovative, and high-performance work environment.
