What We’re Looking For:
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); Entrata experience a plus
- Available to work Saturdays
Your Day-to-Day:
- Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct tours, and close leases
- Manage applications, deposits, and lease documentation
- Maintain organized resident and property files
- Support marketing efforts and promote the community online
- Ensure apartments and community areas are tour-ready
