Lakeview Subdivision and Prairie Creek, welcoming residential communities in Brownsville, TN, is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our on-site team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, resident relations, and community engagement. Affordable housing / Tax Credit experience is a plus, but not required.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Leasing experience preferred; customer service or sales experience required
• Tax Credit / Affordable Housing experience a plus
• Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance with a positive, team-first attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); property management software experience a plus
• Comfortable using social media and online tools for marketing and leasing
• Saturday availability required
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and tour prospective residents through the community
• Present apartment features, amenities, and lease terms effectively
• Qualify prospects and assist with the application and leasing process
• Prepare and process lease agreements, deposits, and documentation accurately
• Maintain organized prospect and resident records
• Ensure model units and tour paths are clean and show-ready
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident and prospect inquiries
• Assist with marketing outreach, community events, and occupancy goals
• Support compliance efforts, including Fair Housing and program requirements
