What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Leasing experience preferred; customer service or sales experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual a plus
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel); Entrata experience a plus
- Comfortable using social media as a marketing tool
- Saturday availability required
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and tour prospective residents through the community
- Effectively present apartment features, amenities, and lease terms
- Prepare and process lease agreements and collect deposits accurately
- Maintain organized resident and prospect records
- Ensure model apartments and tour routes are clean and show-ready
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries
- Assist with property inspections and local marketing initiatives
- Follow company policies and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
