Are you passionate about helping people find their next home while building lasting relationships? Morgan Properties is seeking a Leasing Professional to support multiple communities in the area, with a home base at the Stonegate Apartments Leasing Office.

In this role, youll be the face of our communities, creating a welcoming experience for prospective residents while helping drive occupancy and resident satisfaction. As the Pipeline Leasing Professional, You Will:

• Manage all aspects of the apartment rental process, from attracting and qualifying prospective residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures
• Build rapport with prospective and current residents through professional, responsive communication
• Support multiple communities while delivering a consistent, high-quality resident experience
• Partner with community teams to achieve occupancy goals and maintain strong resident relationships
• Balance a sales-focused approach with a commitment to service, integrity, and attention to detail

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• 20% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
• Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)

Hours & Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Some weekend hours may be required
• Schedule subject to change based on business needs

What Well Expect From You:

• Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus
• Valid drivers license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel between communities
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sales focus with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
