What You’ll Do:

• Tour apartments and guide prospects through the leasing process
• Assist with applications, lease paperwork, and deposits
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents
• Keep apartments tour-ready and support marketing efforts
• Follow Fair Housing and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media
• Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
• Must be available Saturdays
