Key Responsibilities
- Review and process Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) and The Work Number (TWN) reports to support income verification, compliance and eligibility determination in accordance with HUD and DHA policies.
- Provides clients and landlords with documentation identifying and required documents or information that is missing and required by FHA to complete processing.
- Documents and log all information received and accepted or denied. Log(s) must be maintained daily.
- Coordinate with Leasing Professional II and/or Supervisor for specific client information and HAP Contract.
- Assist with walk-ins, providing customer service support, respond to general program inquiries, accept documentation, and direct clients to appropriate staff or resources in accordance with DHA policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support, including filing and scanning participant/landlord documentation, enter data, assist with correspondence, maintain organized electronic files, and support general office operations as needed.

- Knowledge of DHA organization, operations, policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of HUD, DHA residential, and multi-family building codes, maintenance, health standards, and inspection procedures.
- Knowledge of marketing research, reporting research results, statistical analysis, market segmentation, objectivity, financial skills, analyzing information, documentation skills, and decision making ability
- Knowledge of public housing management and occupancy issues and requirements; scope of fair market rent, principles, practices and procedures.
- Understanding of the principles of record keeping and records management.
- Proficiency in utilizing a variety of business software programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Associates degree
- Two (2) years of related work experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to obtain Rent Calculation Certification within six (6) months of hire
- Valid Texas State Drivers' License required
