What You’ll Do
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing process from tour to move-in
- Execute lease agreements and collect deposits accurately
- Maintain tour-ready model units and a clean, welcoming community
- Conduct daily property inspections to ensure curb appeal and readiness
- Process applications, verifications, and screening requirements
- Deliver outstanding customer service to prospects and residents
- Utilize effective sales and follow-up techniques (phone, email, in-person)
- Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
- Support marketing efforts, outreach, and local business partnerships
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leasing or sales experience required (multifamily preferred)
- Availability to work Saturdays
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy: experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Entrata and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
- Professional, polished appearance and attitude
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-driven
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed
