The Slate, a premier apartment community in Nashville, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team! What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Leasing experience preferred; customer service or sales background required
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); Entrata experience is a plus
• Comfortable using social media for marketing
• Saturday availability required

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and tour prospective residents
• Accurately complete lease agreements and collect deposits
• Ensure model units and tour paths are clean and ready
• Maintain resident records and knowledge of lease terms and property amenities
• Respond promptly to resident questions or concerns
• Conduct property inspections and help with local marketing outreach
• Uphold professional standards and comply with Fair Housing regulations
