Schedule: Part-Time 3 full days a week| Weekend availability required
Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Compensation: $18 - $21 per hour, plus bonuses.

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Professional to join our team at Ventana Apartments in Scottsdale.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping prospective residents find a place to call home. Previous apartment leasing experience is a plus, but it is not required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another people-focused role can provide an excellent foundation for success.

What You'll Do
As a Part-Time Leasing Professional, you'll help create a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents while supporting the day-to-day leasing activities of the community.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist prospective residents, current residents, visitors, and callers
- Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes and community amenities
- Build relationships with prospective residents and follow up on leasing leads
- Assist prospects throughout the leasing and application process
- Maintain accurate prospect and resident information
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
- Assist with leasing paperwork and administrative responsibilities
- Support the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional community
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
