$20-$24/Hour + Monthly Commissions + Excellent Benefits
The Palmer Apartments is looking for an experienced Leasing Professional to join our team! If you have 2-3 years of apartment leasing experience, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by helping people find their next home, we'd love to hear from you.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) and lease-up experience are strongly preferred but not required.

What You'll Do
- Tour prospective residents and confidently close leases
- Follow up with leads to maximize occupancy
- Process applications, lease documents, and move-in paperwork
- Deliver outstanding customer service to current and future residents
- Assist with resident retention and lease renewals
- Conduct outreach marketing and promote the community through social media and local events
- Ensure model apartments and vacant homes are clean and show-ready
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of apartment leasing experience required
- Lease-up experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Proven sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Ability to work Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule
- High school diploma or GED required
