Leasing Professional

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for 2 Leasing Professionals to join a lease up student housing property in the Sacramento area. The Leasing Professional is responsible for managing daily operations of new tenants, with tours, and onboarding paperwork, and assist with keeping current occupants happy with the environment.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in student housing

• Strong experience in lease ups

• Ability to perform unit tours, process new applicant paperwork

• Ability to process unit monthly payments

• Ability to maintain positive relationships with tenants

• Phone answering services

• 1 years of property management experience

Responsibilities include:

• Perform daily tours with new tenant applicants

• Ensure all policies and procedures are upheld and infractions are properly reported

• Meet leasing objectives by ensuring proper sales techniques are used including first-hand leasing

• Exercise independent judgment and discretion to handle and resolve resident requests or concerns

• Take responsibility for administrative duties including required reporting

• Maintain a resident retention program, newsletter, resident referral program, and/or social activities

• Ensure property compliance with OSHA, Fair housing, and safety guidelines

• Investigate, report incidents regarding residents, employees, vendors or others regarding the property
