This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, restaurants, fitness, events, hotels, or customer service who wants to grow with a dynamic company.

What You'll Do

Tour prospective residents and help them find their future home Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails Build relationships with students, residents, and guests Help drive leasing, renewal, and occupancy goals Support resident events, move-ins, move-outs, and daily operations Deliver excellent customer service throughout the resident journey

No student housing experience? No problem. We are happy to train the right person with the right personality, attitude, and drive.

Qualifications

1+ year of customer service, sales, hospitality, leasing, or related experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills Weekend availability as needed
