Key Responsibilities

Create, publish, and maintain rental listings across major rental platforms

Optimize property advertisements to maximize visibility and lead generation

Coordinate property showings and virtual tours

Pre-screen applicants according to established criteria

Assist with application processing and lease documentation

Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and tenant communications

Monitor listing performance and recommend marketing improvements

Ensure property information remains accurate and up-to-date

Support tenant onboarding and move-in coordination

Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and property owners
