Job Summary

The Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing office, flex/R&D, and retail properties to both new and existing clients. This role includes negotiating new leases as well as renewals, with a focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue across the portfolio.

Leasing Representatives are sales-driven professionals responsible for maximizing occupancy and revenue across the company’s property portfolio. They work closely with existing tenants, prospective clients, and real estate brokers to successfully lease available space. As front-facing representatives of the company, they are expected to communicate effectively and always maintain a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Business or related field preferred

Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing

Valid driver’s license

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
