Leasing Specialist - $20-$30/hr

Position Summary

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for leasing available properties, assisting prospective residents, and providing excellent customer service to support occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and respond to leasing inquiries.
• Process applications, leases, and renewals.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain leasing records.
• Promote available units and community amenities.
• Support resident retention and customer service efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or property management preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
