Administer and oversee employee leave programs, including FMLA, parental leave, and other time-off policies. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws and regulations. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding leave-related inquiries and concerns. Maintain accurate records of employee leave information and update systems as needed. Coordinate with payroll to ensure seamless leave administration. Provide guidance to managers and employees on leave eligibility and processes. Develop and deliver training materials related to leave policies and procedures. Assist in the continuous improvement of leave and benefits processes.
A successful Leave of Absence Coordinator should have: Minimum of 4 years experience with leave administration and Knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws and regulations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management. Proficiency in HR systems and software is a plus (Workday preferred). Bachelors degree (required).
Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually. Comprehensive and robust benefits package. Hybrid schedule in DC - 3 days onsite, 2 from home.
