Tentative dates are October 12 through December 23, 2026. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons in Biology (including topics such as cell biology, genetics, evolution, ecology, anatomy & physiology, and biotechnology)Design and supervise safe, inquiry-based laboratory experiments and investigationsCreate a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and respectful discussionUse a variety of formative and summative assessments to track student progress and adjust instructionIncorporate technology, project-based learning, and real-world applications into the curriculumParticipate in faculty meetings, parent conferences, professional development, and school eventsMaintain a safe and organized laboratory classroom environmentOther duties as assignedQualifications: Must hold or be immediately eligible for NJDOE certification in Biology.Compensation: Salary range is $311 to $340 per day, depending on level of experience and education.
