Summary of Position
Teaches financial accounting, managerial accounting, and business applications of Microsoft Excel, in both face-to-face and web-based modalities. Engages with the business community and profession; engages in ongoing development of teaching; and contributes to the department, college and university in ways that support strategic priorities.
The WCBA at Youngstown State University is an AACSB-accredited institution preparing over 2,000 students for careers with impact through our 7 undergraduate majors and fully online Master of Science in Business Analytics and Master of Business Administration programs. Position Information
Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success. Responds to students in a timely manner. Communicates with students, departments, and university officials via university provided tools and resources.

Sponsorship and/or Work Authorization Status: This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications: Either an earned master's degree in accounting from an AACSB-accredited institution, or an earned bachelor's degree in accounting with an earned masters degree in business from an AACSB-accredited institution; and full-time professional work experience in accounting.
Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience. Experience collaborating in the business community. Engagement in professional associations. Professional accounting certification.
