Job Summary
The LecturerAssistantAssociate Professor position in the Psychology Program in the College of Education is a 10-month appointment at Troy Universitys Troy Campus. This position is responsible for teaching an array of undergraduate psychology courses such as general psychology, experimental psychology, sensation and perception, health psychology, abnormal psychology, cognitive psychology, statistics, research methods, and developmental courses within the area of expertise. Pursuit of scholarship and a research agenda, service on committees at all levels, involvement in service to the community, advisement of undergraduate students, and other responsibilities as identified by the supervisor.
Faculty rank will be dependent on experience and training.

Masters degree in Psychology or related field for Lecturer rank
Earned doctorate in the field of Psychology for AssistantAssociate Professor rank
Teaching experience at no less than a two-year college Preferred Qualifications
Earned doctorate in Psychology
Teaching experience at the university level
Teaching experience in an online environment
Professional experience in a field of Psychology
Will this position require driving personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart in order to perform the job duties? Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility.
