Job Summary
An instructional lecturer will be responsible for maintaining the highest academic standards in his/her particular discipline. The individual is expected to exercise professionalism and civility in all activities related to the role of academician, including those concerned with the various duties assigned, and any involvement with colleagues, peers, community and students. The instructional lecturer is a full-time, temporary, non-tenure tract position.

18 graduate hours in literature or English, literature, or applied linguistics + master's degree
or
a master's degree with a major in English, literature, or applied linguistics
or
MFA in writing or creative writing.
Must demonstrate effective use of instructional technology and be familiar with current office hardware and software.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
