Job Title: Lecturer/Special Lecturer - English Job Description Summary:

The Department of English, Creative Writing and Film invites applicants for the position of Lecturer/Special Lecturer to teach general education courses in literature. This posting is to create a pool of interested applicants from which the Department may draw as sections become open at any point in the 2025-2026 academic year. This posting may or may not result in the hiring of an applicant. Pre-employment screening includes verification of academic credentials and background check.

Minimum Qualifications:

MA in English, but PhD in English is preferred.
