Job Summary
The Lecturer position in the School of Management in the Sorrell College of Business is a full-time non-tenure track faculty position with a ten-month appointment to begin August 1, 2026, depending on candidate availability and/or department need. This position is responsible for teaching human resource management and/or management courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, providing instruction in face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online formats, conducting academic research in line with AACSB expectations, advising students, and providing service to the Department, College, University, and community.
Minimum Qualifications
• Doctoral degree in human resource management, management, or a related field from an AACSB accredited university • ABDs within one year of completion will be considered
Preferred Qualifications
• Having all or combination of relevant professional experience with a preference for Human Resource Management experience, peer-reviewed research, and effective teaching to complement academic credentials.
