LED Sign Production Technician

About the Role:
Creative Palette in Lewis Center, OH is looking for a skilled LED Sign Production Technician to join our team! In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in bringing eye-catching signage to life — from assembly to final installation. Responsibilities:

• Assemble and wire LED sign components, modules, and display panels according to production specifications
• Program and test LED sign systems to ensure proper functionality and visual performance
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues in LED signage
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and work orders
• Perform quality control inspections on finished signs before delivery or installation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace
• Coordinate with design and installation teams to meet project timelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in LED sign production, electronics assembly, or a related trade
• Working knowledge of low-voltage wiring, electrical systems, and LED technology
• Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
• Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation required
