The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for ensuring the facility, equipment, and grounds of the theatre are maintained to a good and proper working order. He or she works to ensure the safety of associates and guests of Megaplex Theatres. The Maintenance Team Member champions the company’s Mission and Vision and models the company Values.
Primary Duties:
The Maintenance Team Member is a multi-disciplinary position. You'll be expected to:
Protect the moral, legal and financial assets of the LHM Group of Companies
Continually teach associates new and better ways of doing business with an emphasis on STEWARDSHIP, ACCOUNTABILITY, and GUEST SERVICE
Work with all theatre associates to make sure all equipment is in good repair and working condition
Be responsible for the facility appearance and upkeep, including quality control
Conduct proper maintenance on all assigned equipment
Replace lights and filters, as needed
Conduct seat and equipment repair
Potentially use personal vehicle for company business. If you agree to using your vehicle, you must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a good driving record
Perform all other tasks as assigned; must be flexible and able to adapt quickly to change
Qualifications:
High School education or G.E.D equivalent
Experience in the following: Electrical, electronics, painting, HVAC, and plumbing
Building maintenance background and service experience preferred
Proficient in computer programming, systems, and interfacing equipment
Physical Requirements:
High levels of stress may be associated with this position
Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. unaided
Use of ladders is required
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including Weekends and Holidays
Communication, Judgment, and Mental Requirements:
Must be able to communicate in English
Must be able to prioritize tasks and assignments
Proactive use of SDS; safety must always be considered
