JOB SUMMARYThe Legal Administrative Assistant Manager position will plan, direct, and coordinate supportive services of the organization, and requires an advanced level of legal knowledge and experience.This position will assist the Legal Administration Manager in supervising staff and performing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:Day-to-day operations of the Administrative Department.Involvement in staffing decisionInteract frequently with attorneys.Interacts regularly and comprehensively with other departments.Time and attendance tracking.Troubleshooting of problem files.Create, maintain, and review SOPs to comply with internal and external standardsTraining new and existing staff.All other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSParalegal certificate or 4-year college degree. (experience may be substituted for education)1-year supervision experienceAn individual versed in the Legal Collections Process preferredFamiliarity with using database for file maintenance.Have a high level of attention to detailAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced work environmentResponsible individual who is able to work both independently and in a team environment.Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook, PDF and WordPerfect.
