We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support a busy practice focused on Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs), public finance, and related matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment with substantial client interaction, document management, and coordination responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate monthly MUD meetings, including preparation of agendas, packets, and meeting materials.
Prepare, proofread, revise, and distribute legal correspondence and documents.
Manage calendars, deadlines, filings, and scheduling for attorneys and clients.
Assist with regulatory and compliance filings with various state and local agencies.
Maintain organized electronic and physical files, minute books, and district records.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, elections, and bond-related matters.
Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, financial advisors, engineers, and government agencies.
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects and filings.
Provide general administrative and operational support to attorneys and legal staff.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a legal administrative assistant, legal secretary, or similar legal support role.
Experience supporting MUD, public finance, real estate, or governmental law practices is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent proofreading, communication, and document formatting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and discretion handling confidential matters.
Experience coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and managing high-volume administrative tasks.
