Legal Administrative Assistant - Tax

TempExperts is hiring a Legal Administrative Assistant with Litigation Experience to join a prestigious law firm in the Clearwater, FL area. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!

Responsibilities:
  • Experience and proficiency in E-filing documents with the Federal and Florida State Courts.
  • Maintain and update client contact information.
  • Oversee attorney's schedules and billings.
  • Ensure all client's payables information is correctly captured and documented.
  • Operate a multi-line phone system.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for a variety of tasks. 
  • Calendaring (using Outlook); scheduling meetings, depositions, etc. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ litigation experience. 
  • Trial preparation experience.
  • Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to type at least 55 Words per minute.
