About the Role
TempExperts is seeking a Litigation Administrative Assistant to support attorneys at a well-established St. Petersburg-based law firm handling condominium and HOA law, real estate litigation, mortgage foreclosures, and business litigation. This is a fast-paced position ideal for a detail-oriented professional with at least three (3) years of litigation support experience in a law firm setting.
This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to effectively manage deadlines, legal documentation, and attorney workflow.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist attorneys with drafting, proofreading, and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, hearings, and tracking deadlines.
- Perform e-filing with Florida State and Federal Courts.
- Support discovery and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing case materials.
- Draft routine correspondence, client communications, and billing-related documents.
- Conduct new client intake, conflicts checks, and assist with opening and closing matters.
- Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, CLE tracking, check requests, and document management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:- High school diploma required; Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of litigation support experience in a law firm.
- Experience with HOA/Condo law, mortgage foreclosures, or real estate litigation strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with iManage, Filesite, or Aderant is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
