Legal Administrative AssistantManage and maintain attorneys' calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence with a high level of accuracy. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely and professional responses. Organize and maintain legal files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality. Assist with billing processes, including preparing invoices and tracking expenses. Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant case materials as needed. Provide administrative support during meetings, including taking notes and preparing minutes.
