LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Roseland, NJ, is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role supports the Elder Law and Trusts & Estates team.

This position is fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Maintaining files
  • Managing calendars
  • Conducting client intake interviews
  • Scheduling meetings and depositions
  • Preparing court pleadings and probate-related documents
  • Corresponding with clients
  • Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of legal assistant experience
  • Experience in elder law or trusts & estates a plus
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
