Overview Job Title: Legal Administrative AssistantLocation (city, state): Scottsdale, AZCompensation: Contract/Contract-to-Hire: $33 - $38/hour | Direct Hire: $70,000 - $80,000 annually (DOE)Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Qualifications 3+ years of legal experience within a law firm environment; candidates with stronger experience may be considered.Background supporting litigation matters, including experience with legal documents, pleadings, court filings, and case-related deadlines.Experience managing attorney calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling legal correspondence.Strong understanding of litigation procedures and ability to discuss prior litigation support experience.Experience working with legal technology platforms such as Law Toolbox or similar docketing systems, NetDocuments or comparable document management systems, and Centerbase or similar software preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Associate degree or college coursework preferred; equivalent legal experience will also be considered.Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare legal documents, correspondence, and internal materials.Job Description Addison Group is hiring a Legal Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client, a growing legal organization seeking a highly organized professional to support attorneys in a fast-paced litigation environment.
